📅 Return Period

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

✅ Return Eligible Cases

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged during delivery
• You received the wrong product  

 

❌ Return Not Accepted If:

• Product is used or damaged by customer
• Change of mind after purchase
• Physical damage after delivery confirmation

 

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the mistake is from our side (wrong product), return shipping cost will be paid by 3MI Store.
• For other approved cases, return shipping terms will be discussed during confirmation. 

 

💵 Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

• Refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
• Refund will be made via the same payment method used (eSewa, Khalti, Bank Transfer), or as mutually agreed.
